Mrs. Anshu Rathod (Vice-President and Treasurer of WELTT) has a flair for teaching English and has experience of training students for Spoken English, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CAT, CMAT, GRE, SAT, and Personality Development for 20+ years. She has many English language certifications to her credit. She is also Co-owner and Academic Head of BEC and has helped many students in fulfilling their dreams of studying and settling abroad. With her commendable communication, co-ordinating and leadership skills, she has become an inevitable part of WELTT.

Mrs. Bhumika Aravatia has 16 plus years of rich and diversified work experience in both local and multinational firms. Possessing a rare professional tact, she plays the roles of an author, edupreneur, a mentor, a trainer, and a guide with incredible expertise. Preparing the students for their desired outcome in IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Persona Makeover, and Creative & Fashion designing and writing are her area of passion. Under the “Kissan Unnati” project, she is responsibly justifying her active part as a skilled developer of farmers and ensuring they are connected with the production unit. She also represents an American university in the region and guides students on course and career selection.
Truly demonstrating her versatile nature, Bhumika is also serving as the president of WELTT, a charitable trust formed to empower the underprivileged. Alongside nurturing her own foreign education franchise called ‘Careerline’ in Mehsana, she keeps herself productively busy in volunteering for many organizations crafted to facilitate and uplift the orphans, the downtrodden, and the socially underprivileged. Her journey to this level of success has been full of highs and lows; she has undergone immense hardships to become what she is today. The virtues that keep her on the toes for the aforesaid, she says, are determination, patience, optimism, people skills, and focus.
